[pygtk] pyGTK on Windows

Ok, so it's not related to threading. It may be related to me trying to 
upgrade GTK and Python to the latest versions instead. I've been looking 
for a gtkrc file and not finding one. GKT should still ship with one, 
right? If it's missing, do the fonts all go away?
