[pygtk] pyGTK on Windows

This test file appears to trigger the same bug. Still tracking down
exactly how. In my real program, it seems to be when the
signal_autoconnect() is called, but this version takes 10 tries and then
dies? Program works for me under Linux (Python 2.2 with latest pyGTK)
