[pygtk] modify_bg on windowless widget should produce warning

If you would like to see this fixed, file a GTK+ bug on
bugzilla.gnome.org, and please CC: kiko at async.com.br. 

I know it's been said before, so I won't say that this is beyond PyGTK's
mission and that we want to avoid forking or diverging functionality
from GTK+ itself -- I'll just assume that's implied in the dialogue
<wink>.
