[pygtk] ANNOUNCE: PyGTK 2.3.97 (unstable)

That won't do any good. I have found out that my python configuration
puts /usr/local/lib/python before /usr/lib/python. That means that
normally all pygtk program will import the 2.3.97 version.

I find that unacceptable. I am willing to test things but not if that
means I have to take measures in order to prevent normal programs
from importing the test version.

I'll think about a solution but for the moment I'll remove the 2.3.97
version.
