[pygtk] autogen.sh in pygtk fails

Hi,

Hope someone here can help - I've been trying to build GNOME HEAD using
JHBuild, but pygtk has a real problem.  When it runs ./autogen.sh it
fails with an odd aclocal error.

The error (as well as the rest of the build log if it helps) is at the
