[pygtk] libgda python bindings

I need some libgda (2.0) python bindings for my Glom project. I notice
that a pygda project was started, but has not made much progress:

Could we put this in GNOME's CVS, maybe in gnome-python-extras? I have
CCed the pygda  author.
