[pygtk] New version of the PyGTK Reference Manual

A new version (2.8.1) of the PyGTK Reference 
<http://www.pygtk.org/pygtk2reference/index.html> is available. This 
release adds documentation on: the pangocairo module and its 
CaiorContext and CairoFontMap classes; the gdk.PangoRenderer class; the 
pango.Renderer class; the pango.LayoutLine class; and, the 
pango.LayoutIter class. Other additions include: 
gdk.Drawable.cairo_create() method, gobject.child_watch_add() and 
gobject.spawn_async() functions, and gtk.binding_entry_remove() 
function. Some bug fixes were made thanks to Nikos Kouremenos.
