[pygtk] Good editable grid widget for PyGTK?

I think a TreeView based on a list model is basically what you want.
It gives you the row/column layout and column labels etc. It lacks
built-in row labels but you can certainly figure something out for
that. Also you can drag rows or columns around if you configure it
properly, much like Excel.
