[pygtk] Interactive PyGTK shell that works on win32 as well

Hi,

I found pygtk/examples/ide/gtkcons.py

Obviously, since it is included with pygtk and John Finlay is the author
of it, and my code is more or less based on the GEdit plugin that is
based on an older version of gtkcons.py, it would be better to mention
that instead in the tutorial, as an alternative for win32.

I'm now taking in the changes from CVS gtkcons.py into PyGTK Shell and
trying to find my way around portable subprocess interaction for the
"system" module. The FAQ 14.23 isn't all that encouraging.

Greetings,
Felix
