Actually the error is misleading, I've meant to fix that.
It's probably failing because pygobject or gtk cannot be found in your
pythonpath.

2.6 is semi-supported, most things are broken.

If you want to try out gazpacho, try svn which is stabler, really and also
does a checkout of the required parts of kiwi:

$ svn co http://svn.sicem.biz/gazpacho/trunk gazpacho
$ cd gazpacho && bin/gazpacho
