[pygtk] libglade-WARNING message

Hi All,
 I am getting the following warning messages when running my application

(ctas.py:5105): libglade-WARNING **: unknown property `urgency_hint' for
class `GtkWindow'

(ctas.py:5105): libglade-WARNING **: unknown property `pack_direction' for
class `GtkMenuBar'

(ctas.py:5105): libglade-WARNING **: unknown property `child_pack_direction'
for class `GtkMenuBar'
chr_user_group A

(ctas.py:5105): libglade-WARNING **: unknown property `urgency_hint' for
class `GtkWindow'

Can anyone to help me to solve this issue
