The one that I've released not. But is a matter of few minutes you just need
to include the development runtime from gladewin32, which includes the
glade-2 binaries. The current one is the runtime (libraries only).

Nope, this was a one-day-hack, I hope to see if there are enough expectation
from the community to make a serious project.

As far as the installers go I see it as 2 installers

I agree.

The python installer is an .msi file, which already does that.
