[pygtk] Submenu not getting focus

I'm not sure if I explained this clearly.

The problem is not that the submenu doesn't appear -- it appears in
all cases. The problem is when you click on a submenu item, the
activate signal is not emitted.

In order for the signal to be emitted, you have to left click on the
parent item of the submenu, which is extremely counterintuitive, since
the submenu has already appeared.

I've found this problem exists with the latest version of pygtk for
windows, and on Ubuntu 6.06 linux (with the default pygtk packaged
there).
