[pygtk] gobject split

Hi

I just split out the gobject specific parts of PyGTK into a separate 
module called pygobject, which can be located in GNOME CVS next to the 
pygtk module.

I'll probably do a release shortly of pygobject 2.9.x and pygtk 2.9.x

gobject bugs should now go into the pygobject module in bugzilla, where 
I moved all the existing ones.
