I'm sorry, but I didn't understand you...

If you want what I think you want (deducted using my uber
fill-in-the-blanks-mind-completion skills),

gtk.TreeViewColumn("foobar", cell, inconsistent=model.C_IS_INCONSISTENT)

model.C_IS_INCONSISTENT being the index of the column in the tree model
that is to be consulted to determine whether the checkbox of a _ROW_ is
to be inconsistent or not.
