[pygtk] Linking to help files from pygtk

Hi all
I'm trying to add support for help-file access from my PyGTK
application. Ironically, how to do this appears to be completely
undocumented other than one or two mailing list posts.
Assuming I have a single HTML file that I would like to view via Yelp
under GNOME,
(a) can I do that without creating OMF files and running scrollkeeper, and
(b) does Yelp support HTML documentation or only docbook, and
(c) that's fine for GNOME users but what about KDE, Mac and Windows --
shouldn't there be some kind of abstraction for accessing help content
from PyGTK? Is there a plan underway for how to integrate helpfiles with
PyGTK applications?
Cheers
JP
