[pygtk] a simple python module to test implementation options

I have created a simple module that we can use to test various
implementation options. It is available at
http://www.maemo.org.br/platform/rafael/pyspam/

Currently I have a python implementation and a simple C
implementation. There is also a test script that checks that the
modules are equivalent.

Do you think of something that should be added to the module or to the
test to make it more relevant?
