[pygtk] more detailed tests to reduce the number of relocations

I have updated the tests in
http://www.maemo.org.br/platform/rafael/pyspam/

Adding the global pointer dynamically reduces dramatically the number
of relocations:

v1/spam.so: 56 relocations, 53 relative (94%), 6 PLT entries, 0 for
local syms (0%), 0 users
v6/_spam.so: 14 relocations, 10 relative (71%), 10 PLT entries, 0 for
local syms (0%), 0 users

and because some global tables are moved to .bss, the .so is actually smaller!

I will try to generalize the dynamic handling of the namespace and
port some of the improvements to pygtk. Functions look easy, but types
will be harder.
