[pygtk] Announcing: Kefir PR2

Hello one and all,

I've released a new version of Kefir yesterday.  It is prelease 2,
which fixes a few small bugs from version 1.  It also introduces a
feature with no buzzword for it yet, but basically allows you to
create widgets in glade, and then include them as part of another
object.  (IE, keeping the seperate config panels seperate, or
importing config panels from other glade files).  I'm working on a
tutorial for this, which should be done whenever it gets done.
