[pygtk] Detachable Drawers/Toolboxes Widget

I've written a widget that provides collapseable Toolboxes that can also be
detached into a transient window.  It works... here's what I'm looking for. 
I'm new to pyGTK... just started this weekend... and was hoping that a guru who
knows the ins and outs of gtk.Style and subclassing in pyGTK could help me
organize my widget properly.  At which point it would be nice to make it
publically available.  It seems to me that this is a nice balance between MDI
and having different windows that would be useful to others.
