I think your file should be ~/.gtkrc or ~/.gtkrc-2.0, but I'm not
sure; I don't do much with GTK+ outside of a Linux desktop
environment. But this is a GTK+ question; PyGTK+ is only the bindings
for using GTK+ in Python. See the following links for some possible
