[pygtk] raise reminder window

Are you on Windows?  In most cases windows from background applications 
can't be raised above windows from the foreground application.  Window 
managers on X11 may implement the same policy.  You might want to look 
gtk.Window.set_keep_above to see if you can get it placed above normal 
windows, though it still won't get the focus when raised (on win32 & 
possibly elsewhere).
