4-5M sounds nice. Py2exe is very good solution for me.

Next problem is memory usage, gtk bittorrent uses 25mb of ram when idle. 
I know that it isn't very large amount of memory in standard>=512mb ram 
era, but in Poland there are still many old PCs (i don't know how pygtk 
and gtk itself starts & runs on e.g. 933mhz/256ram/winxp), and it would 
be even larger because i plan to use gstreamer & pygst... And my app 
would be only small multimedia player that works in background, so I 
don't think that big downloads or big ram usage are good thing...

I have to do some tests and calculate pros & cons. Thanks for your help, 
really.
