No, they'll be collected the next time the garbage
collector becomes enabled and runs again.

Also note that disabling gc only affects objects
that are being kept alive by cycles. Non-cyclic
garbage is always collected as soon as its
refcount drops to zero, whether gc is enabled
or not.
