[pygtk] ANNOUNCE: gNumExp 0.11

Following up on the heels of the numexp-core 0.14 release, gnumexp 0.11
has just been unleashed to the world. It features many improvements
since the last release (long time ago), including better GUI, plot
export options, gtk+ 2.10 based printing, and simplified build
requirements.

NumExp is a math/algebra engine and programming language.  gNumExp is a
GTK+ frontend to the NumExp engine.
