Have a look to bug http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=397143
There's a couple of dirs missing in the new location of the pygobject 
docs and the makefiles for it and for the pygtk reference need some 
tweaks. A probably incomplete and untested patch to build the pygtk 
reference is linked from the bug page.
