[pygtk] problem installing PyGTK on a clean WinXP system

Hi Peter

Looking through that page you will note that people are reporting the
same problem with MSVCR71.dll. It's included with Python 2.5, but not
detected but PyGObject etc, leading people to need to manually copy it
into place.

There does still appear to be a problem with the packaging of these
Python extensions on Win XP, even with this 'all in one' installer.

FWIW  you may be interested to know that have written my own all-in-one
installer (which downloads only the missing components, rather than
bundling all of them) as part of another software project.
