[pygtk] bugbuddy integration

It looks like now bugbuddy is in the gnome-python-dekstop, but when I
download the lastest 2.17 release, compile it and install it I don't find
anywhere any bugbuddy modules *in my python paths* even if it is in the
original tarball, it looks like the scritp does not install bugbuddy module.
