Yes, but it's not useful for a tooltip-like objects. The "popup-menu"
signal is only activated when the right mouse button is clicked. I
need a signal that is emitted when the mouse pointer is over the
gtk.StatusIcon. If the gtk.StatusIcon was a widget object, that would
have been easy, but apparently it's not so I'm resorting to a hack.
