[pygtk] Win32 Buttons

Hi Paul,

Off the top of my head, I think it could be related to the "theme".
GTK install defaults to a "MS-Windows" theme that does not display
stock icons in buttons.

Yep. Just tried your example.
I changed the theme to "Metal" and the stock icon appeared.
