[pygtk] combobox select by user input

hello

is there a way or solution to achieve a similar behavior like the 
'key/input selection' in html-select elements for combo boxes? ... e.g. 
a combo box with a list of items

ali-baba
beeblebrox
california
rincewind
rollobot
...

now if the combo box has the focus and the user begins typing - the 
current selection will change to the equivalent entry if it exists - 
e.g. the user types 'c' and the new selection is 'california'
