[pygtk] Rounded Windows

Hi Felix,

some time a go I've had a look on GNOME Launch Box to figure out how
the Launch Box draws it's window. You can find a stripped down example
here: http://rafb.net/p/eEFJof35.html
You need a running composition manager to see a window with rounded
corners and alpha.
