[pygtk] adjust scrollbar size

Hi,

i've just wondered how to adjust the size of a scrollbar. For a touchscreen
application the standard size seems a bit to small - so i took a look at the
reference but without success. Changing the gtk settings by replacing the arrow
images and the boarder width didn't affect the size either.

I'm running PyGtk 2.8.6 (from Debian etch).

Maybe someone has an idea. Is that possible either?
