[pygtk] Refresh a gtk.TreeView

You just have to insert the data in your TreeView's model, then, the
TreeView will show it. Not only that TreeView, every treeview asociated
with the Model.
Anyway, you may want to show the row prepended, and then you can use the
TreeView's set_cursor() and scroll_to_cell() methods.
