[pygtk] pygtk and cygwin

Hi,

I am trying to get pygtk to install on windows. Has anyone tried it? I have
Cygwin with all packages installed. I did a little research and found that
someone posted an archive at this location:

Unfortunately, the link seems to be down.
If anyone has installed pygtk with cygwin, please let me know. However, if
you still got pygtk to work on Windows, I would greatly appreciate the help.
