[pygtk] One textbuffer - Two Views with different content

Hey there,

I'm trying to build some kind of serial console to be inclued within an
application and I'm facing quite a challenge :p
I'd like to display received and sent content in two textviews, one
displaying ascii characters and one displaying  keycodes.

i was wondering if it's possible to set it up with only one textbuffer and
some sort of translation function.
