I'm also very much interested in this, from Imendio forum (http://developer.imendio.com/node/294) and pygtk faq (http://faq.pygtk.org/index.py?req=show&file=faq01.019.htp), it seems that no installer is available and the only choice is to compile from source. More info on compiling can be found on another post (http://developer.imendio.com/node/175).

It would be nice to have a packaged pygtk installer for MacOs, but at the moment I'm afraid it is just not available.
