[pygtk] Access to "open with..." dialog on Windows

Hi all,

i'd like to know if there is a simple way to access to the "open
with..." dialog that windows pops-up to display apps associated to the
file type or, if this is not possible, if there is a way to make a
dialog like that, i.e.: where i can find the info on apps and associated
files and so on. I'm relatively new to windows programming
(but i've coded with pyGTK on Linux for years), so if it is possible
i'd like to keep it simple :)
