[pygtk] pygtk 2.12 win32 binaries?

Well 2.10 is availible from the downloads page and works perfectly fine in  
conjunction with the GTK+ runtimes availible from the gladewin32 project.  
Obviously PyGTK doesnt release the windows versions as often, especially  
if the C runtimes themselves arent keeping up. Although I dont really  
think anything major has been put into 2.12 but if you really need it,  
then attempt to recompile libgtk and pygtk for windows with MinGW or  
Cygwin or something.
