[pygtk] buttons like the ones in Brasero 0.7.1

Greetings,

I'm pretty new new in developing pygtk's applications and currently I've
been working in two
educational games, the thing is that I want the buttons on my apps to look
like the ones in
Brasero (I want them to be transparent). How can I achieve this?
