[pygtk] Color conversion functions in PyGtk

Hi,

In pygtk projects it is often necessary to convert color types. As a
result, I usually copy the attached file into a number of projects and
have to maintain it everywhere. Is there any chance something like this
may be added to the standard pygtk distribution?
