[pygtk] GtkMozembed

Hi,

I want to write a multi-platform application (Linux, Windows) with
Python and GTK. For displaying HTML I need GtkMozEmbed but I couldn't
find a place to download a Win32 binary. Do you have any hints, also
for build instructions using MinGW/MSys?
