[pygtk] PangoWarnings on win32

Sorted. I thought I'd post what my problem was, in case anyone else runs 
into it in the future and happens to stumble upon this thread.

I had been muddling about with the fontconfig files to no avail, and 
finally stumbled upon etc/pango/pango.aliases. I'm pretty aggro about my 
font management -- I had deactivated every sans font listed in the 
pango.aliases file. So I added few to the list, and it all works just 
fine now.
