[pygtk] Using art.gnome themes in applications

Hi all,
I've been looking round for any reference of using gtk themes for
individual applications, ie the theme is stored within my program
resources and every user irrespective of system theme gets the same
one.

However I can't find any reference about doing this anywhere, it'll be
similar to what the ardour team have done.
