[pygtk] CellRender & do_* methods

Hi,

  I need to change some renderer I prepared some time ago. At that time I
  used code written by others and modified to what I wanted but i never
  understood where is the official documentation for the do_* methods that I
  can overwrite in my Renderer and I feel bad in just trying out w/o
  complete docs.

  In *addition* to the former request I need to figure out a renderer for a
  date field and one for a datetime. Is there any such renderer ready to
  use?
