[pygtk] Simple GIO Question

I am not sure if this correct mailing list to post but I am trying to write
a simple programming using python gio binds.

Here is my is my plan to start from a directory and monitor every directory
for changes or create or delete of files. When I do this I get a gio.ERROR
to many files open.

I can't seem find any tutorials on this topic.

Any help would be great.

Also does any one know if there is a python rapper around
