[pygtk] Quick Way To Resize For Smaller Resolutions?

Hi,

I created a PyGTK application with a lot of components (I also used Glade).
However, I noticed that it's way too big for smaller screen resolutions
(target: 1024x768). I know the "duh" way is to resize each component, but I
was wondering if there might be some quick way to do it.
