[pygtk] Quick Way To Resize For Smaller Resolutions?

Hi Patty,
I had a problem with moving to smaller screens also. I dealt with it
by swapping several instances of gtk.Frame in my program with
gtk.Expander, and only showing the widgets that I need at one time.
