[pygtk] visibility-notify-event in pygtk

Hello All,

I'm having trouble processing visibility-notify-events in pygtk.  I am
attempting to use the attached script to do so.  I can connect a
callback function to handle the event without error, but it is not
triggered when I change focus away from the window.  Any pointers to
code that works would be helpful.
