[pygtk] gtkhtml on Windows

Looking at my previous question, "Gnome Support for Windows", I think the
saying "If you can't beat them, join them." applies. The best way might be
to change the GUI.

The only thing I'm missing is gtkhtml. Has anyone had any success in
installing this on Windows, and if so how?
